Cyborgs will never exist to the degree seen in sci-fi.
Wearable tech will do what most cybernetics can without having to have your body mutilated.
Stuff like stronger arms isn't feasible in a real world situation because you can't just give a person an arm and that's that. You'd have to replace their spine and parts of their torso so they don't tear themselves apart with their new strenght. Which is pointless when powersuits will exist.
Even just as replacement limbs for people who have had accidents and stuff it wouldn't work out. Yeah we've got prosthetics now, but by the time they reach an actual decent level we'll just be able to grow a person a new arm.
