It does have shitty netplay because they left in a bug where one player gets all the rollback instead of distributing the rift evenly, but even if the netplay was good the game would suck. They nerfed zoning too much, got rid of many confirms, boring combos with no room for creativity, only one playstyle is really viable, no matter the character.
