There are no good games coming out anymore.

Games are filled with microtansactions and overpriced DLC.
And greedy AAA companies trying to squeeze as much money out of you as they possibly can.
Preorders, cutting content from the main game,
Using addicting gambling methods to get their users to bet their money away.

Gone are the day of "by gamers, for gamers", today it's "fuck you, give us your money"

Just play some old game OP, that at least wont feature too much fucking shit.

I've just started playing BLOOD on dosbox, which is fun as fuck (you can set people alight with a flare pistol).

I also tried playing Wizardry I, but the resurrection mechanic is a pain (people bitch about modern RNG)

There are a smorgasbord of great games if you don't mind looking back to the past
