The thing is everything I loot will be sold. My hoarding playstyle leaves me more than I can ever use so I end up with ridiculously over stocked with ALL of the caps, guns, ammo, gear and more. If you help them out, get them away from drugs and remind them of glorys to come not glory of the past then they turn out awesome.

They end up leading the canyon and heading north, where they meet up with some followers of the apocalypse. They end up taming/conquering the whole of the north west in what the game describes as an empire that rivals the others.

So yeah, The Khans are ok guys if you play through it.

They apparently hook up with the followers. Not a learn from them thing, but a integrate the followers into the Khan group bit.

Works out better that way since the followers can curb any retardation and point out that medicines, etc. are far more handy.

I think the return to glory works out best for the Khans. As they mention, most of the reason they are the druggy losers they are in game is because the tribe is aimless/settled and they want to hurt the NCR. Its similar to what happened to tribes who got put on reservations in the americas. They just fell apart.

Breaking them out of that, worked out well.
