No, it makes no sense yet as we are nowhere near that part of that series' timeline where that would occur just yet...

After all, Mania takes place in an alternate timeline with pint-sized Sonic and takes place during the prime timeline's Sonic CD.

Sega has a lot of the characters introduced in the GBA games in a sort of limbo state.
For the longest time they were part of the Sonic X canon so I don't think SEGA will be putting them in many more games since that subseries is long done.
I'd personally like to see her again, but if she's playable she'd have to be an unlock since she was too OP.
