She is someone who doesn't get the recognition she deserves.
All her effort and hard work is overlooked and ignored most of the time, and because she is someone who doesn't demand attention or ask for any compensation she slips through the player's consciousness into oblivion in favor of more flashy eye-candy characters.
Fuuka is remarkably normal compared to the rest of the cast of Persona 3, while many have some sort of tragedy they carry with them, Fuuka lacks any trauma-fueled motivation and simply uses her honest and pure intentions as drive for her actions.
Overall, she's extremely underrated and pushed back, it's only when people take the time and have the patience to get to know her that they can truly appreciate her.

True, I only lament the fact that Fuuka is a character who's subtle personality and pure intentions are often ignored, she has so much to teach and show people if they're willing to listen.
