Insurgency adn day of infamy are about the multiplayer, that will always be core but they have great communities. I've never had a problem jumping into a squad of randoms and having fun. Day of Infamy co-op bots are actually much improved from Ins, and that improvement will hopefully carry on into sandstorm.

If you haven't already you should play a racing game called Metropolis Street Racer.

It did a fine job of replicating London in the late 90's (as well as America and Japan). It's not a GTA game, but if driving around London is your thing, go for it.

Poland is the Kickstarter of videogames, you get actively funded by the goverment as part of their incentive to get the software tech industry going. There are some like CDProject who take the money and do somethings nice with it, and then there are the likes of Techland, that put out 1 above average and 1-2 shit and forgettable games a year.

To give them credit, their PC versions are pretty honorable in terms of features, I ended up buying Dying Light because I could play it with roommates on LAN with their pirated copies, no workarounds or garrena or shit, just straight up LAN network.

Yeah, the seamless MP is somethings more PC games should do. It's why CSGO is so insanely popular in Russia, aside from fueling the slav's innevitable gambling predisposition, you can either install a russian botnet client that keeps updating your version to parity with the retail version, or buy it for 2.5€ during summer and still be able to play with your poorfag friends on free servers, and have access to retail servers aswell. It's one of the reasons why CoD1,2 and 4, both free and legit, while MW2 has a 2K peak, most of them probably playing IW4X anyway.

Did they ever fix the terrible performance? I remember the game running like absolute shit, dropping to 30s on my old PC while I was able to play 64 player maps in BF4 on 100+ fps. I had a i7 950@4Ghz and a 7950 and the result was underwhelming to say the least.
