I went all in the phy cooler banner. I really wanted him. Ended up blowing my 360 stones in that piece of shit. AND I FUCKING DIDN'T PULL HIM.

I pull dupes for my phy brolly, merged zamasu, full power freeza (that is going to gather dust since I don't have fucking phy cooler to pair with him) and some shitty SSR like agl Buu (I pulled the SSR kid gohan but I fuckind sold him accidentally like the fucking piece of shit that I am)

As for average ki I'd imagine his best team would have Shocking+Prepared for Battle and not Shattering the Limit. Why? Angel KK Goku and SSJ2 Saiyaman will be floating around with Gohan support of +3. Anyhow since he's on super phy no way you can put Gotenks as a floater. So

In WT, a leader can't carry you, you need an overall good team. My Super AGL has ssbk goku, rose, sv, and I took another s vegito friend instead of ss4 vegeta. They link amazingly well to the point where ki isn't really an issue and almost everyone on the team tanks.

If you have a rose leader, and some decent villains you can probably rely on a broly friend. It was definitely worth it for me.

Seeing as I got my PHY Cooler, I won't be doing any more pulls for a while. As tempted as I am to try for SSB Vegito, I probably won't get anything new and noteworthy until the SS3 Broly banner. (Not so much hoarding for that one; just that it usually takes me forever to pull a featured dokkan unit)

That is actually wrong. Double rate banners have the highest aside from guaranteed banners.

While they may have the same 5.5% feature rate, out of the 24 units I'd argue about ~10 of them are simply bad units which is about ~2%. That leaves about 3.5% of random good units which is comparable to almost every typical banner of good featured units including this current Cooler banner or the past Omega and Gogeta banner. Feel free to shotgun the banner and hope one sticks for a random unit, but it's just not worth it when you can sorta aim for a particular one in the near future.

Any lead is worth going for. It's not like you -need- a 120% lead considering super/extreme teams can easily clear the rush without a problem. Throw in the fact that events in this game are piss easy, who gives a shit if SSJ4 Vegeta isn't as good as Goku. Almost all 120% leads alone carry events.
