That's not how it works

First of all, no one actually sees your real name in the chat except yourself. this has been tested. The option is entirely for streamers/content creators who don't want their real name to show

Second, you can go into your blizzard account settings and turn real name off for ALL blizzard games and no one will ever see your real name
