Valve always does a better job, look at Dota2 compared to HoTS, look at TF2 compared to Overwatch. Now look from an esport persective.... Blizzard always failed with Esports:
>SC:Brood War
>Warcraft 3
>WoW:Arena
>Starcraft2
>HoTS
>Overwatch

All of their recent games were told to be focused on esports and failed miseraby, all of their older games were only 'succesful' because of outsider company like KeSPA taking over SC:BW or Chinese company taking over WC3 esports scene.

Let's see now Valve:

>CS:GO
>Dota 2 (achieved highest prize pool in the history of esports this summer)

How can Blizzard compete?

I hope it kills Valve, or at least Gaben.

This game will release in a year.
Hearthstone will die on its own in a year.
My friendlist is 95% offline within a month from a major expansion release.

Out of all the games you pointed out in the Blizzard lineup, that is the one game that didn't fail as an esport, unless you're talking about the burger scene, in which case, lmao. The rest you can definitely argue for your case.

Read OP, he stated it was only succesful because of KeSPA Blizzard did nothing in the esport scene.

Hearthstone isn't even that popular anymore...

Hearthstone hasn't been relevant in ages.
That doesn't mean Artifact will be successful though, in fact I hope it's a massive failure.

low quality post, nothing relevant.
