I actually went back to it recently, just to play around in the opening a bit. It actually has pretty decent graphics for the time, and that's helped by how stylized it is.

It really depends on the game, where a lot were quickly shat out as cashgrabs. Plenty of Wii games are the equivalent of mobile games. The native resolution of the Wii doesn't help either.
