People around here only know meme flops like TOR and Battleborn and No Man's Sky. But Ronde is probably a pretty good contender. It has a decent number of pre-orders, then Atlus made the mistake of releasing a demo for it, people saw what an unparalleled piece of shit srpg it was, and almost all pre-orders got cancelled. Pretty hilarious historic vidya flop.

I'd say prey 2 is pretty big. trailer was so shit they canned it and took the name and made a good game with it instead.

I'm pretty sure that Battleborn was actually a huge flop, as was TOR. Not just "meme flops", whatever the fuck that's meant to mean.
