I can't blame mods for trying to monetize their job, specially mods with a lot of content so they're basically expansions but here the problem is Bethesda is taking the money while developers are getting nothing but penises.

Modding is a hobby, not a job. Generally, modders mod for fun. The super autistic modding groups that make something like Nehrim are either doing it for recognition or something to put on a resume, but ultimately they're doing it out of boredom.
