First one's pretty gud, Canvas just looks like an over-designed, under-designed mess.

The paint splotches everywhere are really quite bad - completely goes against the rules of good design. Tracer's a great example of an well-coloured iconic figure - brown jacket, bright orange spats. White arms and guns. This guy's just.... ugh. A better option would be to make the splotches bigger, and a less obnoxious colour. Maybe douse his entire arm in red, and nothing else. Perhaps his feet, as if he's been wading in paint. For the rest of the body, something to contrast and make it pop.

The actual design itself is too spindly. The contrast is pretty important - junkrat is a close competitor, as athin, insane, cobbled together criminal. They break up his body though, especially with that big spiked wheel on his back. Canvas has two measly paint shooters to match his already measly body - with those tiny tubes to top it all off.
I'd give him a big fucking paint rifle, with a huge tube arcing over one shoulder and connecting into a tank casually slung behind him.
