Cleric was always my favorite.

Cleric's Weapon 4 looks fucking ridiculous, I kept getting instantly melted by the homing wraiths when I had to fight the enemy cleric on the last level. I don't know shit about the other ones though.

The Quietus and Bloodscourge are a bit more straight forward. The Fighter's Quietus is swung sideways and sprays a volley of green/black 5 or 6 projectiles slightly to the left and deal moderate damage each bolt. Most effective in melee/mid range. Bloodscourge is sort of like a rocket launcher that fires three bladed fireballs that have minor homing capabilities and pass through enemies, exploding only when hitting a solid wall/floor/ceiling.
