Morrowind is worse.
It's only passably fun to play when playing it through Morroblivion to get rid of a lot of the janky as fuck gameplay mechanics and assets.

Buy fallout off Gog.com when it's on sale.

If you get quake you need to patch in all the music that was removed (literally the whole OST).

NV is decent but I've seen it for $5.
