I've yet to see anyone get juggled in the game, the only way that could happen is if you never block, and do nothing but spam attacks. Unless you count the heavy attacks that do stun, but are slow as shit, and can be countered by charge break attacks.

You're a martial arts master that beats the shit out of other martial arts masters. It's mostly PvP, but there is a open world with AI to fight. They aren't that good though, so it's mainly just used to build your combat deck. As you fight other people, and bots you learn new kung-fu moves. You can then take those move and build combos to fight other people. Like linking kicks, and punches into combos.

From a DM perspective, 4th ed is the easiest edition for me to run. Putting together a challenging encounter is much easier than 3.5.

4e is a great combat system imo, I just go a lot more free form for skill usage and allow players to improvise in combat.

I had it as bottom barrel but that doesn't mean its bad. In fact if I were to try and teach a child to play DnD I'd start with 4.0 as it has the least amount of rules, well at least the least amount that are hard to understand. I listed 3.5 as the best but my favorite is advanced DnD.

3.5 is considered the best because it has so many source books you can find some way to make anything, similar to this anon saying it's hard to make a challenging encounter in 3.5 thats because everyone who plays DnD knows everything there is to know. We all know how to minmax all kinds of stupid characters that are OP strong for their level.

So 4th is considered bad cause it came after 3.5 and made it look baby tier easy and ruined most of the creativity you could have in 3.5.

Again its not bad as a table top its just bad as a DnD.

The power system is autistically stupid. They turned basic moves into unique powers for each class, reducing the over-all free-reign players had over their actions (or at least reducing it).

That's only one of the complaints I have. Don't even get me started on the healing surges, hard-coded grid-style combat, and the obliteration of enemies with the stupid enemy variant like "minion" and what not.

That being said, I did adopt the powers system from 4th edition and moved it over to 3rd, but I completely re-did what each one does, so that they are genuinely unique "powers" (or abilities) and not just basic moves renamed to fill a space on a characters power list.
