How the fuck is that equivalent at all? Halo 3's graphics are very dated and could do with at least a light remaster.

You can play it on Xbox One with Vsync and better visuals than the Xbox 360 version, plus online multiplayer. There's no reason to "remaster" it beyond that, unless you want 343 to do it and apply their art style to the whole game.
