I offered to make a sexy mod for this game(that isn't anime), if someone taught me how to mod this game, or at the very least gave me the specifications, so I would only need to draw and then they could put the mod together. But no one took me up on the offer.

I got a link to a modding """guide""". But like with most technical instruction, it assumes you already have a basic knowledge of these things, and doesn't explain any of the steps.

Alright, from my 30 seconds of googling it looks like xnb is some proprietary format that stores a bunch of shit together, the images are pngs within the xnb

So at a guess you have to download some shit to decode the xnb, make your edits to the pngs then encode back to xnb.

The first result on google was a step by step on how to do this.

Turns out it's completely useless to make it an md file, since it only contains text that could have easily been typed out in a txt. And of course the readme has no instruction. Like I said, I already tried one decoder, because I found it on google in a minute. But that one failed. That's just how tech shit goes. "It works for me" faults abound. I'll figure out how to use xnbnode too. But it turns out the instructions I was given ws for the old version, I downloaded the new version. And so the photos in the instructions don't match what I have going on. So now I have to figure out how to use it, despite the differences. I see there's another program that connect to xnbnode to make it more user friendly. I'm tempted to get that. Also, I see that there's a way to do this without extracting xnbnode directly into my stardew valley folder. Which I really don't want to do.

Don't trust current HP shit, they used to be tanks that can survive anything, still have my first that survived water damage and a car pile up that destroyed a macbook (I was young and naive) and a lenovo. Their HP ENVY line is pure dogshit, they've been using a wifi card with known issues and the only fix for it is never listed with hp drivers because it's incompatible and they keep pumping out more versions of the laptop instead of fixing it, it's been like a decade and they still haven't resolved issues with the audio jack randomly stop working and some have unusable trackpads, the solution of which officially is 'buy a mouse' and some have fucked up screens with higher likelihood of dead pixels. HP sucks now.
Oh and ASUS can't make hinges that don't break.
