Win10's GameDVR is decent enough for short clips as its quitel imited options wise. If you want something more versatile OBS is still the best option.

FYI cpu ending is still a lot better than gpu encoding (i.e using shadowplay or ReLive) - especially if you have a higher power cpu to throw at it.

The more complex the engine, the more complex the work for implementing it. Only reason RO2 had it was because it was already a feature in UE3 when they got the devkit. Most modern devs don't bother because its an inefficient use of resources.

How is skyforge nowadays?

Lightbinder / Gunner main, I remember when I got to gunner and used my impulse build from lightbinder to wreck shit, minigun was bugged and could proc Impulse 2 times with 1 attack, I was disappointed when I found out it was a bug and gonna be patched, thought it was an attempt to make a dps that relies on impulse instead of damage/crit for once.
