Thinking about getting Kingdom Hearts remastered for the PS4, is the game worth it? I never played it and it was one series I always wanted to try. I enjoy FF games and Tales of games.

the first game was released during my preteens
i specifically wrote that i LIKED the premise of the first game
it catered to my taste at that time because the gameplay was fresh as there weren't any good action rpg style games, plus the concept of squeenix and disney teaming up had a lot of potential
the franchise lost its charm as soon as it became apparent it was nothing but a glorified advert by The Mouse for its movies and shows

I like it, but FF7 easily

Stop lying to yourselves, almost everyone that was a kid/preteen when kh1 came out and still follows the series is staying for the over the top convoluted plot or at least the gameplay

KH2 final mix added a room filled with 13 well designed challenging boss fights as well as Terra.
More games should do this.
