Just use ether attacks to take out the adds. You have three party members (Melia, Shulk, Riki) with good ones. If the AI goes into puddles, order them back to you.

I'd been using Shulk, Reyn, and Dunban for the whole game, but after a few tries I swapped Dunban out for Melia and got somewhat better results.
Currently level 73.
