Judging by the three here I imagine "Ludo" refers to games that people consider super deep or something. The examples make it hard to figure out what they mean because while Bloodborne and MM share similar good qualities, MGS4 is just a pile of dogshit in the areas those other two games are good at.

The fade is slow, puke-ugly, foreign but familiar. You don't remember much of it which makes it the perfect ludo level - it's like a bad dream that instills dread when you remember it.

well clearly it's a reduction of the term ludonarrative, which is the narrative created by the experience of something, rather than by the actual story. It's the word for the way something 'feels', or its atmosphere.
Weakass as a forced meme, though. Kino is old and tired, putting a new face on it isn't going to help.
