Also it has ZERO depth, half the meta heroes like Lucio/DVA/Winston require zero skill to play and just need them to stand there and push a single button to decide entire games

You can't expect to solo carry in a moba. You can play 100% perfectly, make every possible correct decision and still lose because your maximum individual potential to change the outcome of a game is outmatched dramatically by team potential.

Jeff actually acknowledged that they intentionally ranked players lower than the last seasons to "give people a sense of progress". I rarely play QP and have never touched Competitive.
I don't get how this whole conspiracy works.
Say I have 80% Win rate, and our lord Blizzard wants me to lose, so they'll pair me up with a bunch of 20% fags? How is that even possible if they are going for a 5050 with everyone?

Firstly, it's a zero-sum game. If you win a game then someone else has to lose, if you lose a game then someone else wins. They can't logically make create a system where every player has a sub 50% win rate.

Secondly, the game modes aren't even the same anyway, there isn't a normal 6v6 morde in arcade. And people are obviously going to be more inclined to try to win in a game mode when there is something at stake. You could always just play 1v1 for your weekly loot boxes, that's what I do. Out of the hundreds of 1v1's I've played I've lost maybe 10.
