You don't a 144Hz but you need at least 144fps, even with a regular Hz monitor when you unlock your fps on the game to 144 and more you really feel a difference with Tracer, in my case i feel like i "unlocked" the game, i feel everything smoother, this is probably something with the engine, it didn't even made my gpu hotter or sniping fans like crazy, it keep the same as always.
If you go to a place like Ownedcore were they sell private aimbots and other cheats you can see on the FAQ for them that they ask for at least 150fps, 70fps won't have smooth aim, it's obvious that this isn't for nothing.

If you have a 10hz screen but the game is running at 300fps. the aimbot would be reading at 300fps.

I use bots for a bunch of games, wow, hearthstone and shit like that.
The Overwatch session is always curious because of how aggressive blizzard is with it, is always fascinate me how the guys promise a low number of bans and undetection for the high paying ones, looks like they make heavy use of color, a patch even adressed this making the red outline of the character actually a bunch of subtle red variation that cannot be perceived by the naked eye, cool stuff actually.

I feel like the game respond better, Tracer is the one that make this really apparent, and i think this is something particular to Overwatch actually, like i said even unlock to 300fps my GPU stays the same as playing at 60, in general when you unlock you fps getting really high fps make your fans spins like crazy, Overwatch even has a gpu temp native to the game you can turn on on the options for detailed statistics.

Their are aimbots on it. Plenty actually and its because characters have name/ hitpoint boxes. It doesn't have to run over the game it simply detects that box as an overlay program looking for a similar object. Then slightly moves the mouse in the direction of the object.

And sure CSGO has shit loads of bots, the differenec is 90% of the "pro" scene for OW has been accused of botting with video evidence. and nothing happens. Meanwhile CSGO has banned players mid match on a league match.

I've always wondered how these kinds of games crack down on cheating. Stuff like old TF2 or whatever once you've bought the game that's it, the developer won't see any more revenue from you unless you get banned. It's like, double incentive to ban cheaters ASAP. Meanwhile games like this, a banned player means one less person to sell loot boxes too. Surely that's going to cause them to overlook small-time cheaters?
