how's New Vegas on XONE via backwards compatibility?
>>388394105
I swear there's a joke in here about Microsoft's agenda to bridge the gap between Both Xbox and windows as a gaming platform and there already being a perfectly decent PC port of New Vegas. I'm just not smart enough to come up with a short quip...Somebody help
>>388394105
why would you play it on consoles instead of pc though
>>388394105
>bethesda game
>console
>>388395057
xbone has really good mod support for bethesda games though
>>388395305
Isn't there a 2 gig cap for mods. Like total? Also OP want's to know how the The 360 version plays on the original.
>>388395305
boy I'm pretty sure NV with a few thousand mods will run just fine on your average graphing calculator, why even bother with console at all?
>>388395517
>new vegas has a 135 plugin limit
>skyrim and fallout 4 have a much higher limit. (that I don't know off the top of my head)
why was this allowed?
Is it even worth trying without the fan patches and restorations?
>>388394105
i don't think anyone here knows because nobody fucking played it on 360 in the first place, let alone xbone. seriously, get in on PC, it runs on any toaster maxed out
Plug your PC into a TV then plug your xbone into your computer and you have a WAY better console. That you can also play with friends.

I meant controller into your PC
>vanilla gamebryo games
It was good for me. Just buy it on XO, it is now on sale. You can pirate it on PC if you don't like it.
>>388395604
its 255, never heard of nv having a 135 limit though
>>388394786
The Xbox 1 now has enough power to play NV @ 60fps @1080 resolution of what PC could do the year NV released.
>>388397352
For New Vegas, I think it's actually somewhere between 135-140. I know it gets really fucky if you have like 138 plugins. Go down to like 130 and it's perfectly fine. for some reason.
>>388394105
It crashed when I tried to view my installed dlc. Nothing new
>>388397401
>has enough power
doesn't matter, NV still runs 720p@30
>>388394105
I did a full play through dlc and all back when they first made it backwards compatible. No problems on my end that I can remember
>>388394105
Better load times, framerate and overall stability than the 360 version but I don't remember if they improved anything else like they did with Red Dead
>>388394105
>How is the spiritual sequel to one of the greatest RPG franchises originating on PC that gained universal acclaim perform on a toy for manchildren?
>>388398192
Path of Exile runs pretty good on Xbox though
>>388398275
and it will be 4k/60 fps on XOX.
>>388394105
Every BC game plays better on XB1 than 360. If not the obvious frame rate and aa smoothing, then the automatic vsync and recording/streaming functions of the XB1
>>388397352
Yeah, there's more or less a soft cap at around 140. It's not really an issue though, seeming as you can combine similar mods and use bashed patches.
