>Marty is a Thwomp found behind jail bars in Mario Kart 64's Bowser's Castle. He is laughing and looks at you through the bars. He appears in the first room of the castle, the jail bars being in front of the first turn into the corridor into the next room. The lighting in the cell makes him appear green, he is also found in Mario Kart Wii although the lighting has been removed.

>Grindels are essentially mummified versions of Thwomps, but not quite. Grindels have evil grins do not change their facial expression. They have large, dark, raised eyebrows, bead-like dark blue eyes, and huge grins which widely show their yellow teeth. Unlike most Thwomps, Grindels are rectangles with their longer side on the floor. They have black borders on their top and bottom. They move in different patterns as Thwomps as well. Where a Thwomp simply moves up and down, a Grindel moves forward and backwards too and also turns when it reaches the end of its stomping area.
>Over 20 years since Mario Kart 64 came out and nobody discovered this until OP did just now

>When Shy Guy scores, sometimes it runs, trips, and its mask falls off, similar to the Mario Power Tennis trophy award. While this seems to confirm that Shy Guys' masks are not their actual faces, various other scenes show that the mask is capable of different facial expressions, such as a happy face and a mad face.

>Bowser Jr. idolizes his father and strives to be like him. In Mario Party: Island Tour, Bowser Jr. challenged Bowser in Bowser's Tower, and in Mario Strikers Charged, he challenges his father in one of the Striker Challenges, but aside from these instances of father-son rivalry, the two have been shown to share a close bond, appearing as partners in various sports and spin-off titles, and Bowser Jr. aids his father in many of his plots. While he cares for his son, Bowser's selfishness and single-minded determination to defeat Mario occasionally leads him to treat Bowser Jr. like a minion, and when he's wrapped up in one of his plans he has a tendency not to listen to what his son has to say. Initially, Bowser even tried to manipulate the child into helping with the fight against Mario by telling him that Peach was his mother, although he eventually felt guilty and came clean. Bowser Jr., however, knew it was a lie all along and willingly went along with it because he wanted to fight alongside his father regardless of the deception, revealing his deep loyalty and love for his father.
>His actual mother has not been revealed, although Shigeru Miyamoto once jokingly claimed he was the mother.
>shadow mario is really just bowser jr in Mario Golf
