The closest thing your going to get explicitly is Chihaya = Umi but even those two act differently from each other. I mean if you want to force it you might see something like:

Honoka = Haruka (because "main protagonist")

Rin = Makoto (because "both want to be seen as more feminine")

Nozomi = Azusa / Takane (because "big tits and tend to be happy and chill")

Nico = Iori (because "both can be harsh and rough but have nice sides; also both have siblings they deeply care for")

And none of the other girls (Eli, Hanayo, Kotori, Maki) have an Im@s equivalent. Even the characters just mentioned aren't 1:1 similar.
