GLaDOS: A modern day memorable antagonist with an excellent voice performance and dialogue. The interaction she has with Chell/The Player makes way for one of Valve's finest entries
Bowser: Underwhelming at worst, amusing at best. His goals and personality are never beyond that of a cartoon character but damn can he be fun to watch. Helps that his character is easily compatible with most settings and plots.
Sephiroth: I don't give a fuck
Ganondorf: Varies on game bu at his best he's charismatic at his worst, he's generic and only shows up to hijack some other villain's role

Ganondorf is the best

1. Box looking guy - machine therefore the worst
2. Toad with spikes - beast and non human, second worst
3. Soulless edgy weaboo trash
4. The best is blue human
Bowser>GlaDOS>Ganon>Sephiroth
Bowser is actually a fun character in addition to being a despicable villain, which is something very rare especially in video games
GlaDOS is the same as Bowser in that regard, but she's also kinda pretentious so she gets knocked down a peg
Ganon is pretty generic
Sephiroth doesn't actually do anything for the entire game and basically serves as a convoluted, poorly-executed rehash of Kefka but without the interesting bits
