It isn't that popular. And on /v/, it will be ignored even more because of the anthro designs.

All that being said, I like the game myself. But it still has tons of problems. It's too slow, even with the 2x speed up. And like League of Legends, playing the same mode over and over gets old. They should use all the assets and characters they have and make new modes. Like a single player adventure mode or a straight card battle game.

Also, River is broken. Which is why I always play her. Win by patronage or one shotting the king every game.

Sometimes I think the game needs a bigger bonus for killing the king, but like the female wolf gets a nerf in not being able to instakill the king or making it like a 50/50 chance to miss because he has special armour or something.

That's why you spend the 19 previous turns completing quests and/or gathering spirit orbs. Then just walk into the castle unopposed. The bigger trick is timing it, since you need to enter the castle 2 turns before the king dies. And hope the opponent with the most patronage doesn't give the king an extra heart. Which is why its a good idea for you to control the patronage as River.

Sadly, Thane kept getting lucky with banes appearing in dungeons and got several prestige from kills. This forced me to storm the castle on the last day for a win, but got hoodwinked and robbed. Since I didn't have enough gold, I couldn't reequip anything, so I had to fight the king without any weapons. And it ended disastrously for me.

In the end, Sana managed to win via spirit stones.

It's cute anime girls, but the gameplay is basic and generic. It doesn't help that they fired their entire art team after they finished drawing the characters but before they made any other asset.
The whole game feels like a demo tutorial you'd find on the Unity store.

Squirrel is a totally different gameplay experience, Otter is arguably the best fighter at full bounty, and the other two are okay but not that amazing or unique. The mountain and income rings are pretty nifty, too.

Rubellite is legit. People don't like to fuck with you when you have 7-9 fight even when you're threatening to win the game. Can help you roll for quest rewards. It's only really a risk when fighting the king. It can only help you in any other situation, and it's not like picking another rings prevents you from going down to 3 hp. You're just getting a strong buff by happenstance and giving swamp tiles and damaging cards some more utility.
