Yes. One of the best RPGs ever made, in my opinion, simply for the fact that it's so open to modding and has a toolset that makes it relatively easy to make modules. It's really, really unfortunate that there's really no modern equivalent of it.

The only major flaw is that, while it does let you have companions, you can only directly control your main character. NWN2 fixed that problem, but created many more, so I still prefer NWN1.

There's not a lot of interest in a game with very little replayability, and even if there was no one's really even playing the game anymore so there's not a lot of motivation to release something as complicated as a sex mod framework if no one's ever going to really use it. Also Ashal probably never made sextec because of the paid mods coming back? I assume that's the reason since that's what happened to SKSE64.

There are several quest mods, but they're mostly about dungeon crawling or just exploring a new area. Few mods even try to have any kind of story or role-playing. Interesting NPCs is an exception, as is Maids II, but I didn't care for Maids.

SKSE64 stopped getting worked on in Dec/Nov. Or more accurately, it was never actually worked on because it basically only has one person from the team left and the skills to create it are so specific no one can take over.

I'm not sure about FO4 since I have zero interest in it. FO4 does have sex mods though, just not "Sex Tec." I don't know why you'd think Zenimax would attack only one aspect but leave the others.
