The stroy and setting stays fresh the game play is allowed to take more risks and we get to see a ton of different gothic settings instead of the same ones rehashed over and over.

Capcom develops, produces, and markets all its own games, funds and oversees games developed by others, upholds all its own arcades in Japan, makes and maintains its own machines, makes its own figures and toys, make their own films, does direct business with every other major player in the industry, has a ton of websites for all their games to build and maintain, has shills out the ass, and a boatload of other shit.
