I mean, if they kept all quests intact, and only added to the game, and remade all art assets and put it in a new engine.

Oblivion cut tons of content in favor of (poorly) voiced acted lines.

Oblivion cut out tons of mechanics to simplfy it and appeal to a widen audience.
