Nintendo should just stop making Mario games

Obvious bait thread but I also don't feel very hyped about Odyssey. It looked very gimmicky and the platforming was mostly non existant. I watched the video where they fight the mecha wiggler and shooting at targets on a clunky tank minigame looks like something out of fucking Yooka Laylee.

And I mean 3D World was at least an actual Mario game. It gave you a classic 2D mario platformer in 3D space.

Mario 64 and Sunshine (as well as the new one) however are not real classic Mario platformers.

I don't even give a fuck about any of that, didn't donate to the kickstarted, didn't participate in the forums, I fucking pirated the toybox and then pirated the game, and it was still utter shit, not even half as good BT let alone Bk. Those niggers promised me a BANJO KAZOOIE UPDATED FOR THE CURRENT GENERATION instead I got a retarded version of Banjo Tooie with none of the issues from that game addressed and multiple additional issues introduced on top of the already present ones.

Seriously NONE of the issues from BT were addressed, but they still managed to fuck that formula up even more, with stupid mistakes such as removing teleport pads, making the levels even more repetitive and confusing with no landmarks, spreading out the quills even more instead of having them guide you around, and so on.

I wonder what nu-Nintendo will lock behind Amiibos this time.
