"Clicking heads" doesn't work with projectiles, but you probably wouldn't be able to tell with TF2's hit detection.

That's not what we were talking about. It's a projectile that can headshot, something none of Medic's projectiles can do. It's not that hard to follow.

Off-topic question: Which game has the best getting-shot ragdoll?

MGSV is real good, I like it how the NPCs respond to getting shot. If I get detected I usually go for wounding shots and I try to extract the wounding soldiers instead of letting them die. It feels like they would become better soldiers under me if they knew how fast I could take down enemies. I don't know, it feels like I'm playing a game within the game and that makes my experience better.

MGS2 is miles ahead of V. If you shoot a guy in the arm for example, he will drop his gun, pick up a pistol with the OTHER arm, and retreat behind his comrades who will actually step sideways to make a corridor for him to go through. It was an amazing game.

I'd say GTA IV because euphoria. When people get shot they are not pre-animated but aren't ragdolls either. In that moment, they are controlled by an advanced AI which keeps their balance, they can grab their wound, grab a nearby wall/object to maintain balance, etc.
