Just don't play them one after the other and you'll be fine. I started with 1 HD late last year and am only now in the middle of a 100% run of 5. As long as you play a game every two or three months or so in between other games you'll have given yourself enough time to appreciate the next game instead of getting worn out.

It has an 85. That's a good score though? There's no such thing as "Japanese Tax" on reviews... Persona has a 93, Zelda has a 97... What the fuck are you going on about? Don't tell me you think it deserves a perfect 100.

Downside is that real estate is boring, Mad Dog is awful, and catfights (while an acceptable substitute for viagra) are almost as tedious a minigame as the batting cage.

Boring 30 minute long cut scenes occasionally interrupted by 20 seconds of shitty gameplay.

Great game, but it does have pacing issues with a lot of dragged out tutorials, upgrading and the story feeling needlessly dragged out.

True that. The handful of competition I can think of---Horizon: Zero Dawn, ME:A and Prey---have all be decent but poor selling to outright terrible. Only PUBg stands as a well loved western developed title and it is PC exclusive. No doubt Call of Duty will sell well and be hailed by the press as a "return to form" but nothing else coming up even registers.

there's a lot more dialogue than I expected. I knew that it was a story based game but even the side quests are nothing but dialogue
