Microsoft has won me back. I got a ps4 this gen but gf bought me a one s and I fucking love it. The controller is definitely a better quality after a few ps4 controllers just stopped working or fell apart on me. The backwards compatibility is well done. Already over 100 of my 360 games are bc, about 10-15 of which I have installed and play. I'd just feel like a dumb ass buying any more multiplats on ps4. Prefer the ui, lnline, and console design. The only valid argument against it is the lack of any true exclusives but I don't own a gaming pc so that doesn't really matter.

I have information that Sony and Microsoft have a deal regarding the gaming business, signed between 2012 and 2013. The "fail" of the Xbox One at launch was intended to benefit Sony/PlayStation Brand. I don't know how long this contract would last, but considering the situations, I would say 3 years. If you analyze Microsoft's reaction since the end of 2015, and analyze/compare the Sony and MS approaches, you'll see how they stand on their own terrain, making their platforms appealing in different ways. If you wonder why Sony "ignored" EA ACCESS "on PS4, for example, here's the answer.
