I just realized this when I was playing today too. For some zones it makes sense because the Classic Zones all have the first half of Act 1 be "classic" then Act 2 is where they yank the rug and fuck with the formula.

Those annoying sheets of paper you have to bounce on everywhere. Act 2 was great though, the stage's pace felt just right. The level's overall flow was relatively comfortable. I felt like Act 1 was kind of frustrating, not challenging, but just pissing you off with those ink badniks popping out, the sheets of paper, the disappearing blocks, etc.

I killed the woodpecker and got hit by a bomb on the same frame, and I was stuck in the hurt state, lodged in the crevice between two trees. I effectively got softlocked for shits and giggles.

Other than that it's pretty solid.
