I think what they didn't like was Mercy hiding and not healing just to use res at the perfect time. As opposed to frantically healing people and using res while participating in a fight.

I stopped playing this garbage early on when I realized they had no idea how to balance it. It'd be cool if there was an actual variety of team comps like in a MOBA but instead there's always 6 heroes that are best in any given situation.

Thats the issue with this piece of shit, every time you adjust or add something for a hero you break something else.
Like the game was at its most balanced after the mcree FTH nerf before they added ana. Then they added Ana and it broke all the other heros and had to tweak them all again. which breaks more heros etc. It will never be balanced.
