Uncharted is third person and will not give the same feeling a first person game could provide as its the same viewpoint used in Hardcore Henry. That said, most first person action/shooter games will capture the feel of Hardcore Henry at least to some extent. Mirror's edge/Dying Light comes to mind off the top of my head as games that get the first person parkour right.
