I think their big problem was they didn't get the word out about Mirage to as many people as possible, pretty much zero people outside of Chivalry community have heard of Mirage. And now that Mordhau is here, I think Torn Banner is going to become JUST Banner

I disagree. They got plenty of exposure for the game, it's simply that no one wanted some magic flinging poo nigger bullshit.

It's especially obnoxious because a few months prior to the announcement of Mirage, TBS had a public poll asking people what they wanted to see, and everyone pretty universally either wanted another medieval game akin to Chivalry.

Thankfully, the Mordhau team has their heads screwed on straight, and with Mirage and For Honor failing horribly they're poised to take the entire market until Bannerlord comes out.
