Why sometimes my bulma friends get hit by a 60 k kamehameha but others get only hit by like 20 k like mine?

Its not the stats, they are the same as mine but still for some reasons some bulmas take an unreasonable amount of damage.

Vegeto ssj always if you want rose in your team. People tend to use ssj4 vegeta as leader because his bonuses are better but they seem to forget that, unlike ssj2 vegeto gives bonus to everyone, not just super characters.

They're referring to the upcoming (in a couple of months) PHY SSJ3 Gotenks.
That Gotenks is one of the new meta leaders, in the same way that SSJ4 Goku & Vegeta are.
In that, he gives +3 Ki to Super PHY units, and 120% to ATK, DEF, and HP.
He functions the same way as the TEQ SSJ3 Gotenks, in that his best super attack is 11 ki, not 12, but it usually doesn't matter much as even his 12 ki hits stupidly hard.

As for when he's available, I don't recall the exact release order from JP, but I believe it was Cooler, SSJ3 Goku, Super Android 17, and THEN Gotenks?
