It has a TLOU-style stealth system, but it's not a stealth game - after the opening you will mostly be shooting enemies in the face as they charge you.

I thought the first Evil Within was about fighting crazy people in an Asylum. Didnt know there were monsters. What are these monsters?

No?! The prologue (about 2 minutes of walking) is a hospital where a massacre has taken, you are then sent to a Silent Hill-style "dark world" full of monsters.
