On pic related I get at best, 40fps with some pretty bad hitches. My living room PC, which has a 6700k @ 5.2ghz + single 1080 Ti and rest of hardware is exact same, gets a solid 100-120fps @ 1440p. I've tried removing a 1080 Ti from this system and no improvement, I've tried all settings from low to high, from 1080p to 4k (4k runs better than 1080p ,please explain) so yes, the game has some serious problems for the devs to work out. Hell, my laptop the game isn't even playable at 8-15fps on a 6700HQ + GTX 1070 @ 1080p/120hz.

I'm telling you right now, it is not bullshit. If you're below 100% GPU and CPU usage and still getting shit frames, put the game on an SSD. I took PUBG off my SSD because the load times don't matter in the game since you have a countdown timer anyway before the match. But the whole game would be 45 FPS the entire time after that and I couldn't figure it out until I moved it back for shits and giggles. Almost always 60 FPS, 50 FPS in cities sometimes. If your game is running bad and you're sure you're not using GPU and CPU in full, try an SSD. Your task manager won't help, it will say PUBG is using 0.1 MB/s of your drive or some shit, probably just saying it for your Windows drive.
This game is very memey with its performance. Retarded shit like system RAM and drive speed has a big impact.

I actually rarely use it but mostly bought it since I have friends over every weekend whom like to vidya, so it's kind of just the community computer for whoevers over and doesn't have their own. But yes I like my vidya haha.

Honestly, I'm torn. My living room PC is using a 1440p 144hz which I find is better for twitch reaction games of course, but in general I find the ultrawide is just a more visually pleasing, more immersive experience. That and for games with a lot of UI elements, it's absolutely amazing.

I highly recommend 21:9 if you've a system that can run it and can afford one of the better ones, especially if you also happen to like watching movies or do any kind of work on your system that involves shit tons of tool trays. Been great for both fun and work... for the low low price of $1400...
