Why do people always pretend any game on PC is going to have thousands of mods in all kinds of categories?

The only games with large amounts of mods are by Bethesda.

at best we'll get model swaps and enb/reshade. the game is meant to sell nvidia cards. there's no sdk like a bethshit game.
