Probably, but Splatoon 2 is right there either with it or just below it. Halo 5 is more team based than personal skill based. GoW 4 is competitive as shit tho, it's the quintessential git gud game on the market that isn't a fighting game.

I play it every day on PC and find matches no problem. They introduced true crossplay in every mode, horde and campaign. You can find matches anytime and with the new matchmaking update soon you'll be able to find matches even faster.
