Another fine game by "genocide is cool as long as you can't see any swastikas" Paradox.

It's dumb as fuck how they lose their shit when you even mention modding in Hitler or a Swastika flag (in a fucking historical game), even though you can play as any nation and cause the death of more people than Nazi Germany ever did.

I bought it uncensored and it's possible to activate it without issues from a German IP. You basically only need to buy the right version, like with every game without actual geolock.
