Everything to do with Kiryu and Nishiki,
especially that mountain scene really makes Yakuza 1 sadder and tragic in retrospect.

This game would of made me sad perhaps if it wasn't so poorly written with stuff like this obviously coming from a mile away (Seriously if you didn't think this guy would die from the second you met him you're an idiot) and each scene dragging itself out for an hour needlessly, the after credit scene being a good example since it just kept going on and on, also the obvious retcon that is Majimas entire character throughout the series.
