Asking if we'd like a tutorial on something and having the option to decline without breaking the flow of the story.

I'd also would love to see the return of sprites like the GBA & DS games, since they had so much character compared to the newer sprites. Cartoony worked so well in establishing the tone of this series, but the newer stuff seems rather plastic and cheap feeling.

Sorry, Mario & Luigi is THE Mario RPG series. Paper Mario has been relegated to alternate adventure.

A return to Superstar Saga gameplay, with a more involved art style (I loved Dream Team, but everyone after that has been losing it's edge. Better than the SS > PiT > BiS progression at least)
