They should have made a Skullgirls Puzzle game (Think Super Puzzle Fighters) and when you get a sweet puzzle chain your Skullgirl avatar does a cool animation.

They copied Valkyrie Profile's combat system without first figuring out what actually made it good, and as a result Indivisible's combat system sucks ass and lacks all the parts that made Valkyrie Profile's combat interesting (juggling, weapons giving attack numbers, and picking your party based on how well their attacks go together). Indivisible's combat is just a mess of button mashing, especially with the defence parts of it being so poorly conveyed.

Also they redid most of the character designs a few months ago and made almost all of them significantly worse with the changes.
